What moved

#3 from below the floor.

Before this open, Runway had not cleared the floor rule. This open did it.

The cause was one counted open of Runway's signed outbound link — a distinct visitor for that UTC day, signature checked, counted once on our server, bots and prefetches excluded.

The arithmetic

At that moment Runway had 3 counted opens in the 7-day window 2026-09-10 → 2026-09-16.

Counted means: one open per visitor per listing per UTC day, signature checked, our own traffic, bots and prefetches excluded before anything is added up, and paid placement kept on a separate surface that never feeds this number. What cannot mint this page

Money. A sponsored click carries its origin on the event row and is filtered out of the floor in the query itself, so a paid seat can never produce a movement receipt. Excluded traffic cannot either — it changed no count. And the window quietly sliding overnight does not mint one: a receipt marks the counted open that moved a listing, not arithmetic doing its rounds.
