Which prop firms allow hedging?

Hedging is allowed within the same account.

While hedging is allowed, hedging between separate accounts is strictly prohibited.

Hedging—holding simultaneous long and short positions on the same or highly correlated instruments across multiple accounts—is not permitted. This includes strategies intended to minimize risk artificially or to bypass evaluation conditions.

Hedge arbitrage trading

Hedging is allowed inside a single account. Across accounts or with external brokers, it's not.

It is allowed to hedge or open buy or sell trade in the same instrument inside the same trading account.

Cross-operator coordinated trading ... for example by simultaneously entering into opposite positions across those accounts.

"Reverse Trading" or Hedging, meaning going short on one account, and long on the other is strictly prohibited at Evaluation and Qualified Phase.

No Hedging of Any Kind – Directional Trading only. Holding both long and short positions simultaneously on the same or correlated instrument is strictly prohibited.

Hedging is prohibited within an account and across your accounts.

Hedging across multiple accounts, even those belonging to the same trader, is strictly prohibited.

Policy: Hedging against yourself using the same or correlated instrument on one or multiple accounts

Lucid Trading strictly prohibits all forms of hedging

MyFunded Futures prohibits hedging of any kind.

Hedging using opposite positions in correlated CME futures contracts is prohibited under Rule 6

This rule applies to conflicting positions within a single account, as well as situations where there is a BUY in one account and a SELL in another.

You may not hedge one account against another, whether within Top One Futures or across other prop firms or brokers. All trades must reflect independent trading strategies without cross-account hedging.

Cross-account hedging is prohibited at Topstep.

Is hedging allowed? No. This includes opposing positions on the same instrument or on a correlated product, held in one account or across multiple accounts.
