Compare two firms

The counts on each firm are receipts forwarded to us. Share of receipts forwarded to us, not of all payouts. People forward denials more often than approvals, so absolute numbers run high; compare firms with each other, not with zero.

Gut-check votes from traders are opinions: they appear on each firm's page and never move a firm on this list. Firm Desk, the paid service for firms, cannot move one either.

How a firm gets a tier

The email is the evidence. The tier follows.

  1. Exhibit 1

    Upload the email

    Save the email a firm sent about a payout, approved or denied, as an .eml file and upload it. Names and account numbers are redacted before anything is published.

  2. Exhibit 2

    DKIM signature checked

    The email carries a DKIM signature from the firm's domain or its email provider. We check that signature, then a person reviews it. It proves which domain sent the email, not that money reached a bank.

  3. Exhibit 3

    The firm gets or moves tier

    At 10 weighted receipts from 5 different senders, a firm gets a tier S to F. Approvals count as much as denials. Payment is never an input.

What is different here: every receipt is checked against the firm's own DKIM signature and reviewed by a person, every rule shown on a firm's page quotes the firm's own words with a source link and a checked date, and there are no affiliate links. Full methodology
